New Heights

I don’t understand why people try to delete their past, their footprints, their memories. Forget? No, honey, your past will always be there for you to look back on and for others to look back on; you can try to forget it all you want and pretend it wasn’t there, but it was. The choice you have to make is to decide whether you’ll let it define you or let it destroy you. To try so hard to get rid of all the memories youve made, words youve spoken and thoughts youve thought is childish, and thats where you let it get to you. So here’s to my past, which will always be here for me to come back and reflect on, and here’s to my present/future, because new challenges await me. Footprints will be left behind, but you won’t be able to trace my tracks: only I can. :)
Goodbye, loves. ♥

Uncle: Hey, is anybody else gonna eat the rice?
Me: Uh, I don't think so.
Uncle: Okay, then I'll just throw the rest of the rice away.
Me: Okay, I don't think anyone else is gonna eat it anyways.
Me: Damn it... Forgot I didn't eat yet. -_______-

I think a part of me will always be questioning why I try so hard to stay alive when being dead is much easier.
